As we get older, we sometimes lose ourselves. Learning about who we are without our looks is extremely important. Both Dr. Nae and Meghan share their experiences. They discuss being open to discuss female sexuality, fertility, menopause and support one another.
Self-love is a different journey for each person. Dr. Nae expresses that we are both a mind and a body, and it is empowering to work on both your mental and physical health, whether it is getting help, going to the doctor, or talking to your friends. Meghan and Dr. Nae are very passionate about authenticity and expressing yourself for who you actually are.
About Dr. Nae: Dr. Nadine Macaluso is a marriage and family therapist with a Ph.D. in counseling and somatic psychotherapy. Her mission is to honor the mind-body connection and assists people in finding their true self. More about Dr. Nae:
